Jess R, LMT

Headshot of massage therapist, Jess R., LMT

Jessica’s (Jess for short) passion for the human body, movement, and holistic healing led her into the field of massage therapy over 13 years ago. Since becoming a licensed massage therapist, she has continued to expand her education through advanced training in therapeutic bodywork and is currently pursuing graduate-level studies in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Jessica believes the body possesses an innate capacity to heal when given the proper support and environment. Her work integrates both structural and subtle modalities, blending deep tissue massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and acupressure into individualized treatments designed to support the body’s natural healing processes. Jessica has worked with clients experiencing chronic pain, migraines, TMJ dysfunction, postural imbalances, sciatic pain, stress-related tension, and nervous system dysregulation.

Through years of hands-on clinical experience, Jessica has developed a treatment style that combines focused therapeutic work with a calming, restorative approach. She believes that lasting wellness comes from addressing not only muscular tension and physical discomfort, but also the nervous system’s role in healing, regulation, and overall well-being.  Her ongoing education in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine continues to deepen her understanding of the interconnected nature of the body and mind. Jessica incorporates this perspective into her sessions by using techniques that encourage balance, improve mobility, reduce pain, and support relaxation and recovery.  Her goal is to create thoughtful, personalized treatments that help clients reconnect with their bodies, restore function, and cultivate a greater sense of ease and balance in daily life.
