Abigail M, Licensed Massage Therapist

Abigail just relocated back to Colorado after spending a few years in Georgia.  She graduated from our esteemed Colorado School of Healing Arts  in 2018 and has continued her education with extensive training through the Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Somatic Emotional Release.  Abigail also specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) and Myofascial Release techniques.  For massage sessions, she likes to use an amalgamation of all the modalities she’s ever learned from Swedish to NMT to CST.

Abigail works well with clients who are pre- or post-surgery, experiencing chronic pain, the adverse effects of stress (who isn’t!?!?) and has a disposition to learn and heal.  Her personal philosophy is to Listen, Learn and Love!  She believes the client is the healer and she is the facilitator.  She finds that doing 90 minutes sessions bring about the greatest relief and allows enough time to address several areas of concern, but will gladly facilitate 60 minute sessions focusing on the clients’ priority issues.
