I offer knowledge through years of training in Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki Energy work, yoga and yet, I am just one of several therapists and practitioners at The Wellness Center.

It all started with a vision and journal entry back in 1998. I had just completed a 2 year service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nepal, and I was traveling through India with a burning question, “What was I going to do when I returned to Colorado?”
