Have you been in an auto accident and need care?

The Wellness Center works with individuals who have Med Pay coverage (also known as Medical Payments coverage) on their auto insurance policies.

How do I get started?

• Verify Coverage
  • First, we provide you with a small form to fill out with information about your accident (claim number, adjuster contact info, etc.) and we call your adjuster to verify benefits and coverage.
• Determine Diagnosis & Treatment Prescription
  • If you have already seen a doctor and they are overseeing your care, you will need to provide us with their diagnosis codes (DX) and their prescription for chiropractic care. The Wellness Center will still bill out to the Med Pay claimant directly, but the number and regularity of the treatments are determined by your prescribing doctor.
  • If you have not already seen a doctor since the accident, then our chiropractor will begin your first appointment with an intake/exam and diagnosis of your injuries. You will receive your first treatment during this initial appointment as well. Our chiropractor will personally handle the billing of your claim to ensure our insurance rates are fair and reasonable and without extra fees to cover a billing service.
• Receive Treatment
  • Once your coverage has been verified, your DX codes are determined, and a prescription for treatment is received, you can get scheduled for chiropractic sessions.
  • No out-of-pocket payment will be due, instead we will send the bill directly to your Med Pay
