Staff and practitioners from The Wellness Center stand together in front of their business sign.Thank you to everyone who celebrated The Wellness Center’s 25th birthday! I believe it is important to honor these milestones and I could not be more proud and grateful to the team of practitioners and staff who call The Wellness Center their “work family.” I am also incredibly appreciative to all of our clients, especially our massage members…you are the reason we continue to thrive and grow.

As I reflect back on the last 25 years, I was merely 26 years old when I started my entrepreneurial journey. Now in my 50s, these decades of experience have fostered growth and change in unimaginable ways… I am more comfortable in my own skin, make decisions according to my values and beliefs instead of what others may want or expect. I judge myself and others A LOT less which allows for an abundance of acceptance and compassion to move through my daily interactions. My life is intentionally calm and peaceful which I believe has been the “secret sauce” to the success of The Wellness Center and my personal life.

One of the surprising ways I have changed is my interest and enthusiasm for building and maintaining strength. I’ve explored, researched and worked with a variety of experts, authors and trainers who resonated with me yet, oftentimes, there was contradictory information or protocols recommended. As I coalesced the resources to create/supplement my exercise practice, I found myself envisioning a new way to inspire and lead other women, particularly those in peri-menopause. With that said…

I am excited to share that I am launching a new YouTube channel!

I am sharing my journey as I navigate through mid-life and peri-menopause. By revealing this journey, my goal is for women to feel less alone and confused during this time. I am excited and nervous in this endeavor which is the ideal combination of feelings to birth something new! I hope my channel will provide some inspiration and hope to others. If you feel curious, please check it out, like and subscribe.

In Gratitude,
