Dear Clients,

A woman is wrapped in a blanket, blowing her nose in a tissue, and checking a thermometer. In our industry, a cancellation policy of 24 hours notice is the most common practice. Filling a last minute cancellation is extremely difficult and can greatly impact the livelihood of our practitioners. However, we know that life can change a lot in a 24 hour period. We’ve worked hard over the last 25 years to establish a cancellation policy that is both generous to our clients and honoring of our practitioners’ time. Given our uniquely generous window, we must be strict in enforcing our cancellation policy.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Appointments booked at 12:00pm or later require 4-hour notice to cancel.
  • Morning appointments (booked for or before 12:00 PM) must be canceled before 6pm the day prior.
  • We waive this cancellation policy for emergencies and sickness as long as there is not a pattern of these types of late cancellations.

Illness and sickness: If you are sick, please stay home and cancel your appointment as soon as possible. Massage will NOT help you recover if you are sick and it only risks getting our therapists and staff sick, so please stay home.

Please stay home if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever
  • Persistent Cough or sneezing
  • Runny nose/congestion
  • Sore throat

Inclement weather: We live in a four season state. If you are apprehensive about driving in inclement weather, please be sure to follow our cancellation policy as we do NOT make exceptions for inclement weather cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.

Whenever possible, we ask that you give us as much notice as you can for appointment changes and cancellations. The more notice we have, the higher the probability that we will be able to fill the appointment. That likelihood goes down as the appointment approaches (especially same day cancellations). Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
