I recently re-read this wonderful blog post by Brianna Wiest, on “How self-care is often a very un-beautiful thing.” It is a timely reminder that true self-care means being a hero in your life, not the martyr. It is learning how to stop trying to “fix” yourself and instead start taking care of yourself which is a very different mindset.

For example, if a friend or family member comes in for a one hour massage at the Guest Member rate of $125 (which is already discounted), they will receive an additional $25 off! It will be only $100 for your friend or family member to receive an hour of massage! (NOTE** available for new clients only, must come in during the month of December, 2023).
If you encourage a friend or family member to come in, but they don’t make it in until the new year, don’t fret! Though the $25 OFF promo for new clients ends December 31, 2023, our on-going referral program will continue to offer you $25 in rewards for every new client you send our way.
