Life Journeys
August has been a month of much celebration and reflection. Not only is the business having a fabulous 10 year birthday, giving away money to so many fabulous non-profits every month, but on a personal level I am getting married in less than 2 weeks! 
There is a lot going on in my life and so much to feel blessed about. The past 10 years has been a journey full of life lessons, happy and hard times, and many ups and downs. What has come out of it is; stability, peace, calm, loyalty and very deep and heartfelt relationships.
About 5 years ago I created a vision board for myself, it included marriage, family, rest, relaxation and spaciousness. As I reflected on wher I am at today, I feel like I have achieved all of those things. There is something very powerful about putting your vision into the world. Your sub conscious becomes focused on your desires.
I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on your own personal life journey. What have been the highlights? I think you will be surprised by how much you have accomplished. Honor and recognize all that you have done and continue to do. If you don’t have a vision for your future, it may be time to create a vision board. This is the exact blog that I went to five years ago, I encourage you to do the same.
I am excited for this new phase in not only in my personal life but also for The Wellness Center. As I realize that a business only grows so much as the owner does. Look forward to our continued journey together.
Some general highlights, many of you have been wondering how Dr. Shwu our Acupuncturist is doing as she had to leave abruptly to Taiwan. Her mother passed away peacefully on July 16th and now Shwu is taking some time with her Father. She is planning on coming back sometime in October and will keep us posted.
In the meantime, we have hired talented Michelle Leno to join our staff as Licensed Acupuncturist and Certified Massage Therapist.
