The answer to this question varies as much as the shape of our bodies to and the color of our hair. What makes you tick could drastically differ from the next person. So the question is, “How do I find balance in MY life?” The answer actually starts with a valuable inquiry…
What is important to you? What do you value in your daily experience and your life overall??
• Do you long for connection with others, or is solitude the name of the game?
• Do you crave meaning in your work, or simply want to punch the clock?
• Do you live to work or work to live?
• Do you like spending the day cooking or rather grab a quick bite out?
• Do you relish your time in front of a computer or have to be outside and moving?
These are all drastic examples but will get the wheels turning about what fuels your individual fire.
