Amy Gage, CMT
Amy uses a mindful approach when working with clients, allowing for the body’s “inherent treatment plan” to unfold and inform her sessions. Clients describe her massage as “nothing they anticipated, but everything they needed.” Her treatments are centered around the relationship between the Central Nervous System (CNS) and it’s effects on the body (i.e. stress, fight or flight response, et cetera), and are intuitively guided using a gentle therapeutic touch.
Her philosophy is: “I have no agenda when working with a client. I listen to your concerns and allow your body to guide me. The body has the inherent ability to heal itself. I’m simply here to facilitate that healing.”
She enjoys working with all different types of clients, asking only for an open mind and a willingness to advocate for personal health and well being. Amy works with people of all ages, and has experience working with children ranging in ages from 1 week on.
